Ceramic Multi tube Dust Collector

Ceramic multi tube dust collector is a type of cyclone dust collector. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the dust and gas rotate at high speed in the cyclone through the ceramic guide. Under the action of centrifugal force, dust and gas separate, and the dust falls into the dust collection box and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. The purified gas forms an upward rotating flow, which flows into the collection chamber through the exhaust pipe and is discharged from the chimney through the outlet to achieve dust removal effect.

Precautions for ceramic multi tube dust collector:

(a) Pay attention to collisions during transportation and installation, handle with care;

(b) Clamp asbestos rope in the middle of all flange to flange connections, tighten with bolts to prevent air leakage and affect dust removal efficiency;

(c) After being put into use, it is determined to remove dust on time, generally not exceeding once every 4 hours, to avoid excessive dust collection in the dust collection box;

(d) Based on the exhaust volume and flue gas flow rate of the boiler, the design user should use a dust collector in conjunction with it and provide space around the boiler dust collector for the user;

(e) When discharging ash, the induced draft fan should be turned off first, and it is strictly prohibited to strike the ash outlet with an iron bell. Regularly check whether the ash outlet is sealed.
