Shaftless screw conveyor

The working principle of a shaftless screw conveyor is to transport materials through a rotating steel screw.

The conveying principle of the shaftless screw conveyor is basically the same as that of the ordinary screw conveyor, that is, the screw body of the shaftless screw conveyor is equivalent to the screw shaft, the screw body of the shaftless screw conveyor is equivalent to the screw shaft, and the material is equivalent to the nut of the screw conveyor. When the screw body rotates continuously, the material is also continuously conveyed. A shaftless spiral body is a thicker belt shaped blade driven by a shaftless spiral conveyor, with no shaft in the middle. The spiral body contacts (slides) with the bottom lining plate of the inner wall of the shell. A shaftless screw conveyor composed of a driving device, a shaftless spiral body, a U-shaped groove, an inner lining plate, a cover plate, a feeding hopper, a discharge port, etc. During the work process, materials enter the conveyor from the feeding hopper and are pushed to the discharge port by a rotating shaftless screw.
