The working principle of the double axis screw conveyor is to move the material axially, and achieve the conveying purpose through the rotation of the left and right solid spirals in two seamless steel pipes.
Double axis screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, grain and mechanical processing departments. Compared with other conveying equipment, screw conveyors have the advantages of small cross-sectional size, good sealing performance, stable operation, multi-point loading and unloading in the middle, and simple operation. The conveying principle of a double screw conveyor is to rotate the spiral blades to push the material for spiral conveying. Two rotating axes simultaneously rotate inward, which is beneficial for material conveying. Double screw conveyor is suitable for granular and powder materials, and the conveying form can be horizontal or inclined. The conveying distance of the double screw conveyor ranges from 2 meters to 80 meters. Different forms of conveyor bodies can be produced according to actual needs, and the conveyed materials will not rotate together with the blades of the conveyor.
