Wind resistant spiral conveyor

The working principle of the windproof screw conveyor is to use the rotational motion of the spiral blades to transport materials forward.

The windproof screw conveyor is a commonly used continuous conveying machinery. Its working principle is that the material is added from the feeding port, and when the shaft rotates, the material is subjected to the normal thrust of the spiral blades. The radial component of this thrust and the frictional force of the blades on the material may carry the material around the shaft, but due to the gravity of the material itself and the frictional force of the material groove on the material, it does not rotate together with the spiral blades. Instead, it moves along the axial direction of the material groove under the axial component of the normal thrust of the blades.
