Disadvantages:

Pipe type screw conveyors should not transport materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, or clumping, as these materials will adhere to the screw during transportation and then rotate without moving forward, or form material blockages at the suspension bearings, making the screw machine unable to work properly. The spiral diameter of LS screw machine ranges from 200 millimeters to 500 millimeters, with 5 specifications and lengths ranging from 4 meters to 70 meters, with a range of 0.5 meters. When selecting, the standard nominal length should be met, and special requirements can be raised separately in the selection section.
