Disadvantages of tubular screw conveyor:

Pipe type screw conveyors should not transport materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, or clumping, as these materials will adhere to the screw during transportation and then rotate without moving forward or form material plugs at the lifting bearings, causing the screw machine to malfunction. The spiral diameter of LS screw machine ranges from 200mm to 500mm, and the length ranges from 4m to 70m, with intervals of 0.5m.
