Equipment for weight detection of materials through weighing bridges

The spiral weighing system mainly consists of a steady flow feeding spiral, a weighing bridge, a reduction motor, a weighing sensor, a speed sensor, a weighing control instrument, and an electronic control system. The weighing bridge is a lever, and its lever fulcrum is an ear shaft, which is not affected by external factors such as corrosion and measurement accuracy; The speed sensor is placed at the non driven terminal of the spiral.

The spiral weighing quantitative feeder is used for the quantitative feeding of dispersed materials. The feeding process is continuous feeding with spiral rotation. The user feeds the material to the silo or other feeding equipment, and the weight is detected through a weighing bridge; At the same time, the speed sensing spiral installed at the end performs speed detection; The detected weight signal and speed signal are sent together to the weighing system for calculus processing, and the cumulative amount is displayed in units of instantaneous flow rate per hour.
