Detailed Introduction

GX tubular screw conveyor is a widely used conveying equipment in chemical, building materials, grain and other sectors, mainly used for conveying powders, particles and small pieces of materials. Not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, viscosity, and clumping.

GX tubular screw conveyors are generally divided into axial screw conveyors and shaftless screw conveyors. The axial screw conveyor consists of screws, U-groove cover plates, inlet and outlet, and drive devices, while the shaftless screw conveyor replaces the screws with shaftless screws, and the U-groove liner can be replaced, with a simple structure. The material is fed in, pushed by the screw, and then output through the outlet. The entire process can be carried out in a sealed groove to reduce noise and minimize odor discharge. Due to the absence of high-speed running parts in the equipment, the screw wear is low, the energy consumption of the equipment is low, and almost no maintenance is required.

Compared with other conveying equipment, GX tubular screw conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, small cross-sectional size, good sealing performance, multiple loading and unloading centers, convenient operation, and low manufacturing cost. The unloading point is where the parts are severely worn, the conveying capacity is low, the power consumption is high, and the material is prone to breakage.

The GX type tubular screw conveyor has three types of spiral blades: solid spiral surface, belt spiral surface, and blade spiral surface. The solid helical surface is called the S-method, and its helical pitch GX type is 0.8 times the diameter of the blade, suitable for conveying powdered and granular materials. Belt type helical surface, also known as D method, has a helical pitch equal to the diameter of the helical blades and is suitable for conveying powders and small pieces of materials. The application of blade spiral surface is relatively rare, mainly used for conveying materials with high viscosity and compression. The helical pitch is approximately 1.2 times the diameter of the helical blade.
