The working principle of DSZ single axis dust humidifier: The dust collected by the dust collector enters the hopper of DSZ dust humidifier through the discharge valve. The dust is transported to the spiral conveying blades of the machine body through the discharge rotating impeller, and the humidification main cylinder is pushed in through the impeller. When the mixer mixes evenly, spray water evenly into the material and humidify the dust under the action of uniform mixing. Under the action of multi column spiral linear thrust, humidified dust is slowly sent out from the outlet. Unload the dust transport device into the machine body. When the spiral impeller runs uniformly, the amplitude modulation vibration device works intermittently to oscillate around the mixing drum, separating the humidified viscous dust from the metal drum wall and sending it to the discharge port.
