Detailed Introduction

The working principle of the 200 bag pulse dust collector mainly includes three main processes: dust collection, filtration dust removal, and pulse dust cleaning.

Dust collection: Dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet. Coarse dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, while fine dust particles enter the filter bag chamber with the airflow. The fiber layer on the filter bag will capture these dust particles, while the clean gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag.

Filtering and dust removal: In the filter bag chamber, dust particles are captured by the fiber layer on the surface of the filter bag and adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the gaps of the filter bag and is finally discharged by the fan. This process not only achieves the separation of dust and gas, but also demonstrates the harmonious coexistence of technology and nature.

Pulse cleaning: When the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain level, the pulse cleaning system starts. The pulse valve is opened one by one under the command of the controller, and compressed air is sprayed into the inside of the filter bag through the blowing pipe. The filter bag rapidly expands and vibrates under the action of compressed air, and the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag is shaken off and falls into the ash hopper. Due to the fact that the equipment is divided into several compartments, the cleaning process is carried out box by box. While one compartment is being cleaned, the remaining compartments are still working normally, protecting the continuous and normal operation of the equipment.

The characteristics of a 200 bag pulse dust collector include dust removal capability, small footprint, and low energy consumption. Its dust removal efficiency is over 90%, and it even has a good capture effect on dust particles as small as 0.3 microns.
