Positioning: First, determine the position of the machine head and tail, and then determine the centerline of the scraper conveyor.

Laying the middle groove: According to the middle line of the conveyor, lay the middle groove, pay attention to laying it flat, and the overlapping of each section of the groove should be smooth without steps.

Installation of the head and tail: The head and tail should have designated maintenance and upkeep space, and the centerline of the sprocket should be perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor and protected horizontally.

Installation of scraper chain: Before installing the scraper chain, it should be connected in advance, and the scraper should be evenly distributed in the chain. Choose chains of equal length, and there should be no twisting phenomenon.

Inspection and empty running: After the conveyor is installed, check all directions and start the conveyor to run empty for 2 hours. Check if the drive device and scraper are running normally, and tighten the chain again to adjust the chain length.

5. Maintenance

Daily maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of the scraper chain and adjust it in a timely manner; Check the wear of the scraper and chain. If there are severely worn parts, they should be replaced in a timely manner; Clean up the accumulated materials and debris in the conveyor chute to keep it smooth.
