Detailed Introduction
Characteristics of MC buried scraper conveyor:
1. The buried scraper conveyor is commonly used for horizontal conveying of particles and powder materials, and can also be used for inclined conveying within a range of 150 ° angles;
2. Buried scraper conveyor; It has the characteristics of long service life, stable operation, small structural size, large conveying capacity, low energy consumption, and low material damage rate;
3. The buried scraper conveyor has a reasonable structure and can feed at multiple points. The scraper runs smoothly and has low noise under the transmission of the reducer. On the basis of single point feeding and discharging, multiple points of feeding and discharging can also be used, which has outstanding characteristics for the transportation of toxic, explosive, high-temperature, and easily flying materials.
The working principle of MC buried scraper conveyor:
In the enclosed enclosure, the coal is continuously output through the friction between the moving chain scraper and the coal. The chain scraper is buried in the coal conveyor, and the scraper fixed on the traction chain transports bulk materials to a closed groove. The traction chain and scraper of this conveyor are buried in the material, and the scraper only occupies a part of the material slot, while the material occupies the majority of the material slot. It can transport materials horizontally, obliquely, or vertically. Scrapers are used as flat strips during horizontal transportation. Using chains and scrapers buried in the bulk material, the cutting force on the bulk layer is greater than the resistance of the groove wall to the bulk material, causing the bulk material to move forward together with the scraper. At this point, the ratio of the height of the moving material layer to the width of the groove is within a determined range, and the material flow is stable.
1. During the horizontal conveying process of the buried scraper conveyor, the material is affected by the direction of movement of the scraper chain and the weight and pressure of the material itself, resulting in internal friction between the materials. This friction protects the stability between the material layers and is sufficient to overcome the external friction generated by the movement of the material in the groove, allowing the material to form a continuous overall flow and transport.
2. When the buried scraper conveyor is vertically lifted, the material is subjected to pressure from the direction of movement of the scraper chain, resulting in lateral pressure in the material and internal friction. Meanwhile, due to the continuous feeding of the lower horizontal section, the lower material generates a pushing force towards the upper material. This type of friction and pushing force is sufficient to overcome the external frictional resistance and weight generated by the material's movement in the groove, making the material form a continuous integral flow, which is highly effective in practical applications.
