4. During the operation of the conveyor, it is necessary to promptly observe the operation of the equipment, whether there is any abnormal noise from the motor and reducer, whether the scraper chain is floating or jumping, and whether the scraper is tilted.

5. Regularly clean up the materials piled up at the nose and tail of the machine, and eliminate potential hazards that may cause floating chains. Do not clean materials while the scraper is running.

6. During operation, personnel are strictly prohibited from crossing the scraper conveyor. Do not open the inspection door on the tailstock during operation.

8. 10. When dealing with chain jumping, use wooden materials to cushion between the sprocket and chain, and it is strictly prohibited to use iron as a substitute.

11. The equipment and related upper and lower equipment must be shut down and powered off before the fault can be resolved.

12. Inspect according to regulations, always pay attention to equipment operation, material transportation, etc., and immediately stop the machine in case of any abnormal situations such as blockage.
