1. Working process:

Compressed air enters the main chamber through the intake pipe, and the slider moves up and down through the guide rod, forming two spaces of different heights in the main chamber. When the slider moves downwards to the bottom dead center, the gas in the upper chamber is pressed in by the lever, the butterfly check valve on the upper cover is pushed open, and the airflow channel is cut off to prevent leakage. On the contrary, when the gas in the upper chamber is pressurized, the butterfly check valve opens and opens the airway. At this point, due to the spring force, the slider moves upward. Close the airway to prevent external air from entering. Through this method, the gas inside the main chamber continuously flows, thereby achieving control over the fluid and achieving the goal of speed regulation.

2. Working principle:

Compressed air is driven by the output shaft of the worm gear reducer and passes through an elastic coupling to the diaphragm coupling. The diaphragm rotates with the toothed coupling, thereby changing the contact position between the two diaphragms and achieving the goal of changing the cross-sectional area of the air inlet. When the large end face is upward and the small end face is downward, the atmosphere directly passes through; When the large end face is facing down and the small end face is facing up, the small air first passes through the atmosphere and then enters the air inlet through the diaphragm.

3. Main features:
