The working principle of DMC pulse single machine dust collector:

When the single pulse bag filter is working, the dusty gas enters the box through the inlet of the single pulse filter, and the single machine filter is used; The purified gas filtered by the filter bag is sucked in by the fan and directly discharged. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust adheres to the single pulse dust collector filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and gradually reducing the processing air volume. In order to ensure the normal operation of the single pulse bag filter, the resistance should be controlled and the filter bag of the single pulse dust collector should be removed. During dust removal, the pulse controller triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the airbag is instantly sprayed into the nozzle hole through the pulse valve. The single pulse dust collector filter bag expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off. Single pulse dust collector removes dust and ash hopper through the ash discharge valve. The single pulse dust collector removes dust and ash from the hopper, which is discharged through the ash discharge valve. Therefore, the pulse jet dust removal cycle is attached to the filter bag of the single pulse bag dust collector, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and the single bag dust removal system to operate.
