The working principle of XMC pulse single machine dust collector:
When dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the inlet, and the airflow turns to the ash hopper, slowing down the airflow speed. Due to inertia, coarse dust particles in the gas flow directly into the ash hopper. The function of pre collecting dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper then folds and captures the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag through the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. In the process of filter bag purification, as time increases, more and more dust adheres to the filter bag, resulting in an increase in the resistance of the filter bag and a gradual decrease in the processing air volume. During normal operation, the resistance within the range of 140-170mm water column should be controlled. At this point, when the resistance rises to a limited range, the pulse controller sends a command to trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve in sequence. The compressed air in the airbag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the nozzle hole and the Venturi tube. The filter bag immediately expands rapidly, causing dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag to fall off and the filter bag to detach. Remove the dust and drop it into the ash hopper, and discharge it out of the machine through the ash discharge system. Remove dust from falling into the ash hopper and discharge it out of the body through the ash discharge system. Therefore, the dust attached to the filter bag is blown with periodic pulses to ensure the normal passage of purified gas and the normal operation of the dust collector.

5. The original agitator shell was removed and replaced with an agitator ash hopper, which expanded the cleaning effect, sealed tightly, discharged ash quickly, and reduced maintenance costs.
