The dust cleaning mechanism uses a motor to drive the eccentric wheel and connecting rod, causing the bag to shake and accumulate dust on the surface of the filter bag. The working principle of DMC bag filter is that after the dust containing gas enters the single machine dust collector, the dust passes through two-stage filtration. Firstly, the airflow velocity is reduced and the airflow direction is changed, causing large particles of dust to settle in the dust removal box due to gravity and inertia. The lighter and thinner dust is blocked by the bag wall, and the purified clean air is sent back to the workshop through centrifugal force to reduce heat loss.
