The 30-bag top dust collector is a small pulse bag-type dust collector. It is installed on the top of the powder silo (such as the cement tank, fly ash silo), and is used to collect and purify the dust generated during the feeding and discharging processes of the silo.
I. Structure and Working Principle
Structure: Vertical design. It mainly consists of a fan, an upper box, a filter bag chamber, a pulse cleaning system, and an electrical control box.
II. Principle:
The dusty gas enters from the bottom and passes through the filter bags. The dust is retained outside the bags.
2. The purified gas is discharged through the fan.
3. Automatic spraying at fixed intervals or with fixed pressure difference. Compressed air is used for reverse blowing to clean the dust, which then falls back into the silo for recycling.
