The DMC64 bag top dust collector is a single-pulse bag-type dust removal equipment specifically designed for dust treatment at the top of the silo. It is centered around 64 filter bags and adopts offline pulse jet dust removal technology. It features dust removal, intelligent control, and convenient installation. It is the mainstream model for purifying dust at the top of industries such as cement, building materials, and chemicals.

Using external filtration method, with offline pulse cleaning and dual-process system:
Filtering stage: Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the top of the container, is evenly distributed by the deflector plate, and then passes through the filter bags. Dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the purified gas passes through the filter material and enters the clean air chamber, which is then discharged by the fan.
Cleaning stage: The PLC intelligent system triggers 8 electromagnetic pulse valves at regular intervals or under set pressure. It instantly sprays 0.4 - 0.6 MPa compressed air, causing the filter bags to expand at an appropriate speed, thus dislodging the dust. The dust then falls into the storage bin for recycling.

Purification and compliance with standards: The filter bags have high precision and can capture dust particles larger than 5 μm. The outlet concentration is ≤ 30mg/m³, which complies with the GB16297-1996 national standard.
Intelligent dust cleaning, stable and excellent performance: PLC automatic control. The dust cleaning cycle can be adjusted from 5 to 30 minutes. Offline dust cleaning does not affect filtration, and the filter bag has a long service life.
Top-mounted, easy to install: Integrated modular design, directly installed on the top of the warehouse, without the need for complex piping, saving space and infrastructure costs.
Simple maintenance, economical operation: The filter bags are fixed by spring lifting rings, making disassembly and assembly quick; the equipment has low resistance, low energy consumption and a high air leakage rate; ≤ 2%.
Safety and performance stability: Dust-proof (based on actual reports) filter bags can be selected to adapt to flammable and explosive dust conditions; Corrosion prevention treatment of carbon steel frame (based on actual reports) is provided to cope with harsh industrial environments.
