Cylindrical dust collector

The working principle of cylindrical dust collector is mainly based on the mechanism of screening and separation. When polluted air enters the dust collector through the air inlet, the air is guided to the dust removal framework for filtration. The particles will be separated according to different particle sizes, then slide down the surface of the cylinder and fall into the dust bag. The filtered air is discharged from the air outlet.

Specifically, the dusty gas enters the dust collector box tangentially, and under the action of centrifugal force, large particles of dust are separated along the cylinder wall, while fine particles of dust are captured by the filter bag. When the resistance of the filter bag reaches the specified value, start the reverse blower, suck in the purified gas through the circulation pipe, and then enter the blowing pipe on the rotating arm through the intermediate pipe or pulsating valve to blow air in sequence. The filter bag sheds dust during shaking and micro vibration. By using a stepper reducer, the rotating arm can pause its rotation when aligning with each group of filter bags, and perform positioning spraying and dust cleaning, thereby significantly improving the dust cleaning effect.
