Detailed Introduction

DMC pulse bag filter is a negative pressure operated, offline (online) pipe spraying, low-pressure pulse, long bag dust collector designed and manufactured by us. Dust collectors have the advantages of compact structure, good dust removal effect, good operational stability, and long service life of filter bags. It is a good dust removal equipment for industries such as metallurgy, steel, electricity, and building materials.

Working principle of electric furnace dust collector:

After entering the inlet pipe of the dust collector, the dusty gas folds through the inlet branch pipe and inlet valve, and then enters the ash hopper. Firstly, it encountered an interception device that caused most of the coarse dust particles to fall directly into the ash hopper, collecting the dust and eliminating the spark effect. After entering the ash hopper, the airflow folds upwards and enters the filter bag chamber. Under the negative pressure of the system, when the dusty gas passes through the filter bag with a supporting skeleton inside, the dust is intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean gas enters the clean air box through the filter bag, enters the exhaust pipe through the offline valve, and enters the atmosphere through the chimney through the fan. When the dust on the filter bag accumulates to the upper limit of the equipment resistance, the dust removal control device sends a command to sequentially open the room pulse valve, spray clean and dry compressed air of 0.2~0.3MPa into the filter bag, make the filter bag speed suitable for expansion, shake off the dust appearance, and fall into the ash hopper. When the dust on the filter bag accumulates to the upper limit of the equipment resistance, the dust removal control device sends a command to sequentially open the room pulse valve, spray clean and dry compressed air of 0.2~0.3MPa into the filter bag, make the filter bag speed suitable for expansion, shake off the dust appearance, and fall into the ash hopper. According to the procedure for selling good rooms, remove dust from other rooms. When the accumulated ash in the dust collector hopper reaches the upper limit of the material level, the ash discharge valve and conveying mechanism can be activated to protect the normal and stable operation of the dust removal equipment.

Structural characteristics of electric furnace dust collector:

1. The dust collector is equipped with a temperature equalization settling section, which can prevent high-temperature flue gas from directly washing the bag and improve the service life of the bag;

2. Adopting offline dust cleaning to protect the cleaning effect and avoid secondary adsorption of dust;

3. Optimizing the inlet and outlet air ducts can reduce resistance loss by approximately 300Pa;

4. Air source treatment can achieve the purpose of anti condensation and improve the stability of equipment resistance;

5. Double directional ash discharge agitator single point ash conveying can avoid ash blockage;

6. PLC automatic control of dust removal changes the resistance of the dust collector from traditional high steep to low flat.
