Manual plug-in valve, also known as manual knife gate valve, is a type of valve in which the gate and seat are always in close contact and sealed. Its principle is that the gate has a circular opening of the same diameter, and the opening and closing of the gate causes the circular opening on the gate to completely detach and match the diameter. Manual plug-in valve is the main control equipment, widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, and grain. Manual plug valve is usually used in conjunction with the discharge device for the flow rate or conveying capacity of powders, crystalline granules, granular materials, and small pieces of materials. The diameter of the manual spiral gate valve is matched with the feeding port of the discharge device, and there are two types: square and circular.

Installation and Instructions

Before installing the plug-in valve, it is necessary to check the valve chamber and sealing surface, and no dirt or sand particles are allowed to adhere to them;
