Pneumatic plug valve

Technical standards for pneumatic plug valves:

1. Plug in valve; The shell test and sealing test media are water (containing agents), other suitable kerosene or liquids with viscosity not greater than water.

2. The sealing pair is a non-metallic sealing plug valve, and the sealing shell test and requirements are in accordance with GB/T13927-92D level regulations.

3. The sealing auxiliary equipment is a metal sealed plug valve. If there is a requirement for sealing performance, the leakage rate of the sealing test shall be calculated as 1 × DNmm/s. If there is no requirement for sealing performance, this test shall not be conducted.

4. The plug-in valve is driven by electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices. After adjusting the closing position, it is closed 1 or 3 times and subjected to shell and sealing tests.

5. According to the provisions of JB/T7748, the cleanliness requirements for plug-in valves.

6. Static pressure life test.

7. The number of static pressure life tests for plug-in valves shall be calculated according to regulations, and other technologies shall be calculated according to JB/Z234.
