Manual plug valve, also known as manual knife gate valve, is a type of valve that always tightly contacts and seals with the valve seat. It is mainly composed of components such as frame, gate, screws, nuts, etc., and is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, carbon, chemical, and building materials.

Manual plug valves are used for the flow or transportation of powders, granular materials, granular materials, and small pieces of materials. Installation instructions for manual plug-in valve:

1. Before installing the plug-in valve, check the valve chamber and sealing surface to ensure that no dirt or sand particles adhere;

2. The bolts at each connection point should be tightened evenly;

3. Check the compression requirements of the packing part, which not only protects the sealing of the packing, but also ensures the flexible opening of the gate;

4. Before installing the valve, the user should check the valve model and connection size, pay attention to the flow direction of the medium, and ensure that the protection is consistent with the valve requirements;

5. When installing valves, users reserve space for valve drive;

6. The wiring of the driving device needs to be carried out according to the circuit diagram;

7. Regularly maintain the plug valve and do not collide or squeeze it at will to avoid affecting the sealing.
