The working principle of the clean air chamber of a pneumatic dust collector mainly involves the filtration and purification process of dusty gases. By utilizing the filtering principle, pneumatic dust collectors capture and separate dust from gases through filter bags. Specifically, the dusty gas is first discharged into the ash hopper. During this process, due to the effects of inertia and gravity, some large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper. Subsequently, the dusty gas enters the filter bag area of the middle box, passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag port and is discharged from the air outlet to form clean gas.
As the filtration time prolongs, the accumulated dust layer on the filter bag will gradually thicken, leading to an increasing resistance of the dust removal equipment. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device will start working to maintain the operation of the equipment. This process includes closing a compartment lift valve, cutting off the filtered gas, and then opening the electromagnetic pulse valve. Compressed air expands into the box at a suitable speed in a short period of time, flows into the filter bag, and causes the filter bag to expand, deform, and vibrate. Under the action of vibration and reverse airflow scouring, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper, thus completing the dust removal process and maintaining the filtration efficiency of the filter bag.
