The working principle of the 400 × 400 star shaped unloader is as follows:
1、 Core functions
By rotating the impeller, the material from the upper silo is evenly transported to the lower device, achieving quantitative and continuous unloading while also serving as a gas lock (isolating the upper and lower air pressure).
2、 Specific work process
1. Material filling
The material in the upper silo falls into the gap between the impeller blades by its own weight.
2. Impeller rotation
When the impeller rotates, the material is carried to the lower part and discharged, completing quantitative and continuous feeding.
3. Air locking effect
The upper and lower air pressure are separated by a sealing structure to maintain the stability of the pneumatic conveying system.
3、 Structural characteristics
1. Material selection
Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, etc., which are suitable for different working conditions.
2. Sealing design
Adopting double end cap sealing to prevent dust leakage and extend equipment life.
3. Installation requirements
It needs to be installed upright, and the upper part should maintain a fixed height of material storage column to avoid air leakage caused by emptying.
