Detailed Introduction

Star shaped unloader is a special unloading device mainly used at the discharge port working under negative pressure. It transports materials through a rotating impeller and plays a sealing role to prevent air from being sucked in from the discharge port during pneumatic conveying, confirming the normal discharge of the unloader.

1、 Working principle

The star shaped unloader drives the star shaped blades to rotate through a motor-driven rotating shaft, thereby achieving material unloading. 4、 Maintenance and upkeep

When using a star shaped unloader, the following points should be noted:

Before use, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil inside the gearbox to confirm that the equipment can operate normally.

2. When connecting the air source interface, check if the interface is blocked by foreign objects to protect its cleanliness.

3. During use, regularly check the tension of the chain and apply appropriate lubricating grease to the chain and sprocket.

4. Adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the sealing point is 0.05MPa higher than the material pressure inside the valve body, and the gas should be oil-free, dry compressed air.

5. Regularly maintain and upkeep the equipment to extend its service life.
