Working principle: It is mainly used to install the discharge port of the unloader that works under negative pressure. If the material in the feeding bin falls by its own weight and fills the gaps between the blades, and is unloaded at the lower part as the blades rotate, it can be discharged continuously in a quantitative manner.

Rotor impeller: It has several blades and is a key component for material conveying and unloading. The impeller size of 300 * 300 is suitable for the corresponding inlet and outlet sizes, ensuring smooth material conveying.

Thirdly, use and maintenance
1. Pre use inspection: Check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer, update the oil after one month of operation, and then replace it once a year; Open the chain shell and check the tension of the chain; Confirm that the rotation direction of the rotor is clockwise (when viewed from the shaft end extending from the reducer, it is consistent with the arrow on the chain housing); Check if the air source interface is blocked by foreign objects and confirm that the interface is clean.
2. Attention during use: Adjust the pressure reducing valve to make the pressure at the sealing part 0.05MPa higher than the pressure of the material inside the valve body, and use oil-free dry compressed air as the gas; During operation, avoid overloading the equipment due to large material particles and strong adhesion, or damage to the equipment or motor caused by legacy and trade foreign objects in the dust collector.
3. Regular maintenance: The transmission and bearing components should be replenished or replaced with grease within 6-10 months after being put into use. If the ambient temperature is high, humidity is high, or there is too much dust in the air, the oil change time should be appropriately shortened; If the equipment leaks air or dust along the axial direction, the pressure cover can be firmly secured.
