Detailed Introduction
Stainless steel ash discharge valve is a rotary valve star shaped unloader used for powder material discharge;. A cylindrical inlet and outlet, a cylindrical valve body with one end closed and horizontally placed, a cylindrical valve core with circular holes closed at both ends, a central axis fixed to the valve core and connected to the handle or handwheel, and an end cap that can be fixed at the open end of the valve body. The valve core is placed inside the valve body, two coaxial. When in use, rotate the valve core to align the circular holes on it with the inlet and outlet for unloading, so that it is misaligned and stops unloading. The cylindrical gap width between the valve body and the valve core is 0.30-0. The gap between the end cap and the valve core is 56mm, 0.5-3.0mm The star shaped ash discharge valve overcomes the disadvantages of existing star shaped ash discharge valves, such as easy leakage causing dust flying and inflexible opening and closing. Commonly used materials can be used below 80 degrees Celsius and at room temperature. Application and precautions of stainless steel ash discharge valve:
1. This machine is suitable for continuous working systems and allows for forward and reverse operation.
2. The output shaft, input shaft and other components of the unloader should not be directly hammered to avoid damage.
3. The star shaped unloader should be kept stable during transportation and installation, avoiding collisions and even shell fracture and deformation.
4. Before leaving the factory, the reducer has been injected with No. 00 lubricating grease, and the ash discharge valve has been injected with lithium based lubricating grease. The transmission and bearing components should be replenished or replaced with grease within 6-10 months after being put into use. If the ambient temperature is high, humid, or there is too much dust in the air, the oil change time should be appropriately shortened.
5. During use, if the equipment leaks air or dust along the axis, it can be securely covered.
6. During operation, avoid overloading the equipment due to large material particles, strong adhesion, or equipment damage caused by short circuits in the equipment casing or motor. It is recommended that users check and install overload protection devices in a timely manner.
