Common problems and solutions during the operation of pulse bag filter

During operation, the pulse bag filter may encounter many problems. The following are measures to address these issues:

1. Decreased dust removal efficiency: Damage to filter bags, malfunctions in dust removal systems, air leaks, and other issues can all lead to a decrease in dust removal efficiency. The handling methods include regular inspection of filter bags, timely replacement of damaged filter bags, comprehensive inspection and adjustment of the dust removal system, and checking the sealing performance of the attentive service dust collector.

2. High equipment resistance: clogged filter bags, unreasonable dust removal cycles, and high gas humidity may lead to high equipment resistance. The processing methods include adjusting the dust removal cycle, cleaning or replacing the filter bag, and treating the gas entering the dust collector.

3. Pulse valve not working: Electrical faults, insufficient compressed air pressure, and valve body blockage may cause the pulse valve to not work. The handling methods include checking the electrical connections, adjusting the compressed air pressure, disassembling and cleaning the pulse valve.

4. Severe ash accumulation in the ash hopper: Malfunction of the ash unloading device and high dust viscosity may lead to severe ash accumulation in the ash hopper. The handling method includes checking and adjusting the ash unloading device, and adding vibration or heating devices in the ash hopper.

5. Abnormal increase in operating resistance: blockage of filter media holes, inadequate action or leakage of pulse valves, blockage of blowpipe spray holes, improper setting of ash removal time, long-term accumulation of ash in the ash hopper at a high level, excessive air intake, insufficient compressed gas pressure, etc. The handling methods include blocking or replacing the filter bag, adjusting, repairing or replacing the pulse valve, cleaning the blockage, adjusting the timer, starting the ash removal system, reducing the intake air volume, and increasing the intake pressure.

Abnormal decrease in operating resistance: The rupture or detachment of filter bags can lead to an abnormal decrease in operating resistance. The handling method includes replacing the damaged filter bag or reinstalling the filter bag.

6. Leakage of electromagnetic pulse valve: Leakage of pulse valve may cause a decrease in air pressure. The handling method includes checking whether the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm has sand holes or damage, and replacing it.

7. High dust content in flue gas emissions: Damaged filter bags, damaged boxes or dust removal pipes, and leaks may lead to high dust content in flue gas emissions. The handling methods include replacing damaged filter bags, inspecting and providing attentive service to the box or dust removal pipe.
