Star shaped unloader is an important component commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems. For pressure output systems or negative pressure output systems, the star shaped unloader uniformly and continuously feeds the conveying pipe, making the gas in the pneumatic output pipe relatively stable and enabling the pneumatic conveying to work normally. This article mainly introduces four precautions for common faults of star shaped unloader motors:
a、 Whether the ventilation effect of the working environment of the star shaped unloader is good and whether the surrounding environment is dirty and messy can affect the heat dissipation effect of the motor and cause damage to the motor.
b、 Is the wiring of the star shaped unloader motor secure.
c、 The selection of star shaped unloaders is incorrect, as the discharge volume is too large and exceeds its own discharge capacity. Long term overload operation shortens the service life of the motor.
d、 The unloading viscosity is too high, and the motor pressure is too high, causing damage.
