Stainless steel spray tower, also known as stainless steel washing tower, stainless steel dust removal tower, stainless steel purification tower, desulfurization tower, cyclone plate tower, etc. Due to different shapes, processes, and materials (such as 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel), different internal configurations have different functions and effects.

The stainless steel spray tower is equipped with a packing layer, rotating plate, demisting layer, etc. Generally, the exhaust gas is treated from bottom to top by lower air intake, upper air outlet, and the centrifugal fan sucks the exhaust gas into the stainless steel spray tower from the negative pressure. At the same time, the multi rotating plate rotates under the negative pressure of the fan to drive the medicine balls on the rotating plate to fully contact with the exhaust gas, so as to achieve the purpose of desulfurization and denitrification. At the same time, the upper spray layer is continuously and evenly sprayed, so that the exhaust gas or particle dust can fully contact with the water mist, which can achieve the effect of dust removal and also play the role of cooling.
