Detailed Introduction
Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves, which can instantly open a high-pressure gas source and generate pulses.
Electromagnetic pulse valve; A diaphragm valve that combines solenoid valves, pilot valves, and pulse valves and is directly controlled by electrical signals.
The function of electromagnetic pulse valve:
Control the oil pressure in the oil circuit. Generally installed in the main oil circuit or shock absorber back pressure oil circuit, it reduces the hydraulic shock during gear shift locking and keeps the equipment running smoothly.
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of inlet, it can be divided into three categories:
a) Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve directly controlled by electrical signals, with a right angle valve body inlet and outlet;
b) Direct electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve directly controlled by electrical signals, with a valve body inlet and outlet angle of 180 degrees;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electrical signals.
In addition to the conventional three types of solenoid valves, there is also a large-diameter ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve.
