The right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air switch of the pulse bag filter dust removal system. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse jet controller, the filter bags remove dust row by row (room) to maintain the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, with the processing capacity and dust removal efficiency of the dust collector.
Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve; The angle between import and export is 90 degrees, suitable for installing and connecting air bags and dust collector nozzles. The airflow can provide dust removal pulse that meets the requirements.
The function of a right angle electromagnetic pulse valve is to control the oil pressure in the oil circuit. It is generally installed in the main oil circuit or shock absorber back pressure oil circuit to reduce oil pressure shock during gear shifting and locking/unlocking, and to maintain smooth operation of the equipment.
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of inlet, it can be divided into three categories:
a) Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve directly controlled by electrical signals, with a right angle valve body inlet and outlet;
b) Direct electromagnetic pulse valve: The inlet and outlet of the valve body are 180 degrees, and the diaphragm valve is directly controlled by electrical signals;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electrical signals.
In addition to the conventional three types of solenoid valves, there is also a large-diameter ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve.
