The DSZ single axis dust humidifier is another generation of dust humidification equipment in our factory, following the DS series humidifiers. On the basis of the DS series, adding a vibration system not only has the characteristics of DS series humidifiers, but also overcomes the problem of dust formation and wall adhesion, improving the application range of humidifiers.
Structure and principle of DSZ dust humidifier:
DSZ single axis dust humidifier; It consists of four parts: uniform supply, blade conveying, mixed impact humidification, and vibration system, equipped with electrical control and water supply system. The cylinder is fixed as a whole on the bracket and supported by four sets of elastic elements. Through the vibration device, the whole machine vibrates at high frequency during operation, and the gap between the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft remains unchanged, reducing the operating load, blocking the machine, blocking the site angle, reducing downtime for cleaning, and improving work efficiency.
The working principle of DSZ single axis dust humidifier: The dust collected by the dust collector enters the hopper of DSZ dust humidifier through the discharge valve. The dust is transported to the spiral conveying blades of the machine body through the discharge rotating impeller, and then transported to the humidification main cylinder through the impeller. Spray water evenly into the material while stirring evenly in the mixer, and humidify the dust under the action of uniform stirring. Humidifying dust under multi column spiral linear thrust. Slowly transport from the discharge port and unload the dust conveying device into the body. When the spiral impeller runs uniformly, the amplitude modulation vibration device works intermittently to oscillate around the mixing drum, separating the humidified viscous dust from the metal drum wall and sending it to the discharge port.
