How to install the NSE plate chain bucket elevator directional sprocket and transmission sprocket?
The head shell of the NSE plate chain bucket elevator has two transmission sprockets or rollers, and one end of the sprocket shaft is connected to the reducer and motor through a coupling. The head sprocket and shaft of a bucket elevator are usually assembled into components at the manufacturing plant and transported to the installation site. The motor and reducer are driven by a V-belt. The triangular pulley of the reducer is equipped with a check structure inside. When the material is running, if it suddenly stops running for some reason, the check structure can prevent the hoist from reversing.
The seat of the NSE plate chain bucket elevator also has two steering sprockets in the housing. The sprocket bearing is square in shape. The tightness of the chain can be adjusted by adjusting the thread top up and down along the slide outside the shell. There is an inspection port on the seat, which is sealed with a cover during operation.
After passing the physical inspection of the NSE plate chain bucket elevator casing, install the transmission sprocket and the reversing sprocket on their respective bearings, measure the positioning of the bucket elevator sprocket, and hang two lines at equal distances on the side of the transmission sprocket to the lower part of the driven sprocket. Then use a frame level to measure the levelness of the drive sprocket shaft and the steering sprocket shaft. The allowable error of the transmission sprocket shaft shall not exceed D/1000, and the allowable error of the steering sprocket shaft shall not exceed D ´/500 (D and D ´ are the outer diameters of the transmission and reversing sprockets, respectively). If the error does not meet the requirements, shims can be added and the position adjusted at the bearing of the transmission sprocket.
