After the pre coating work of the pulse dust collector is completed, stop the fan and arrange personnel to enter the clean air chamber of the dust collector for inspection. If dust leakage is found at the flower plate hole or box welding point, the sealing performance between the pulse dust collector filter bag head and the flower plate should be checked for tightness. If it is not tight, it needs to be adjusted. After pre coating the filter bag of the pulse dust collector with dust, if there are no problems, the system will run to normal design parameters, and then the dust removal system of the dust collector will be turned on, and the dust collector will enter normal operation.

The pre coating of the pulse bag filter bag should be cut off and the dust removal system should be stopped before the combustion or production process begins. The inlet valve of the pulse dust collector (including the inlet and outlet valves of each filter bag chamber) should be opened. Start the fan and gradually increase the airflow of the dust collector until it reaches the designed air volume. Around 70, record the internal and external resistance of the dust collector filter bag in each room. Place the dry and oil-free pre coated powder into the opening of the dust collector's main inlet duct (usually the flue gas testing port). The mesh size of grey powder should be less than 200 mesh and the moisture content should be less than 1. Put the ash powder in according to each filtering area of 350-450g.
