1. The selection of filtration speed and filtration speed are key factors in the selection of dust collectors, which should be determined based on factors such as dust quality, application scenarios, dust particle size, viscosity, gas temperature, moisture content, dust concentration, and different filtration materials. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature and humidity are high, and the concentration is high, a lower value should be selected. For example, ≤ 1m/min; On the contrary, high values can be selected, generally not exceeding 1.5m/min. If the dust particle size is large, at room temperature, dry, without viscosity, and the concentration is high, 1.5-2m/min can be selected. When selecting the filtration speed, the net filtration air velocity should not exceed the above value when reducing the filtration area of one room (during dust cleaning).
2. The filter material should be considered based on the temperature, moisture content, pH, viscosity, concentration, and degree of pecking of the dusty gas. Generally speaking, when the moisture content is low and there is no acid, the selection should be based on the temperature of the dusty gas. At room temperature or ≤ 130 ° C, 500-550g/m2 polyester is commonly used.
3. The control device for the long bag pulse dust collector adopts a PLC microcomputer programmable controller, with three control modes: constant pressure (automatic), timed (automatic), and manual. Constant pressure control: Control according to the set pressure difference. If the pressure difference of the dust collector exceeds the set value, each room will automatically clean the dust one by one. Timed control: According to the set time, every other cleaning cycle, each room is cleaned one by one. Manual control: On the on-site operation cabinet, each room can be manually controlled to automatically clean the dust once in sequence, or each room can be cleaned separately. The control method is selected by the user, and if there are no specific requirements from the user, the supply will be controlled on a scheduled basis.
