When the chain link does not rotate flexibly, the chain link can be removed, the pin shaft can be taken out, and the outer circle of the pin shaft can be polished with sandpaper until it rotates flexibly after installation. If there are spare parts, the pin shaft can also be replaced. Do not trim the chain holes or apply lubricating oil. After a certain (or a certain) scraper is bent and deformed, remove the chain link and locally heat the deformed area for correction. Secondly, the scraper may be damaged or detached, and should be replaced promptly. When the scraper falls off, only one chain link can be replaced, and sometimes it cannot be reconnected in the middle of the line. If several chain links are not flexible in rotation, each chain rod and pin shaft can be removed and reassembled to save energy and allow most chains to rotate flexibly, leaving only a few difficult to rotate chain links. Then, the method of repairing the inflexibility of a single chain link can be used to reduce the amount of repair work.

During the overhaul process, it is necessary to replace the entire scraper chain and not keep any part of it, because even if some chain links appear to be basically intact on the surface, the wear of the chain holes is roughly uniform and the same, so they should not be continued to be used.
