What are the precautions for the operation of buried scraper conveyor
The buried scraper conveyor series products are widely used in industries and sectors such as metallurgy, building materials, power, chemical, cement, ports, docks, coal, mining, grain and oil, food, and feed. The buried scraper conveyor is a continuous equipment for transporting bulk materials, used to move the scraper chain in a closed giant cross-section shell.
The buried scraper conveyor should take the following measures during operation to prevent personnel danger:
(1) The roof support within the scope of work is intact.
(2) When starting the conveyor, send a signal first. After confirming the accuracy, click twice first, and then officially open it. If the signal and lock are not sensitive, or if someone is on the conveyor, do not open it.
(3) It is prohibited to use buried scraper conveyors to transport materials outside the operating procedures. Once materials or other prohibited materials fall off during the operation of the conveyor, they should be immediately stopped and removed. When retrieving materials or other prohibited items, contact the driver first, stop sliding and close before entering the slider. No one is allowed to ride or walk inside the buried scraper conveyor.
(4) During the operation of the buried scraper conveyor, personnel are prohibited from passing through the upper part and rotating coal powder is prohibited.
(5) When troubleshooting the buried scraper conveyor, there is a dedicated person to command, cut off the power, and hang up the machine after stopping. Some people work and are prohibited from starting. "Turn off the lock control switch. When kneading, connecting, and sliding, the operator of the scraper conveyor should avoid the direction of force on the chain.
(6) After handling the head or tail faults, tightening the chain, and connecting, start the trial run. Before the trial run, you send out signals and communicate with each other. Personnel should avoid the nose and tail, and it is strictly prohibited to extend the head for inspection at the nose and tail.
(7) When replacing large items such as motors and reducers, the first step is to check whether the surrounding environment, lifting points, and lifting equipment meet the requirements.
(8) When conducting maintenance and repairs at locations with a tilt angle greater than 150 degrees, no one is allowed to operate simultaneously below. If simultaneous operation is necessary, strict measures must be taken and approved by relevant units before operation can be carried out.
(9) When the oil injection plug of a hydraulic coupling that malfunctions during disassembly and use is blocked, the operator should avoid the direction of facial oil injection after cutting off the power. First, use gloves to loosen a few buttons, stop for a period of time, and then slowly unscrew them.
(10) The driver operating the buried scraper conveyor is strictly prohibited from facing the direction of operation in front of the machine head to avoid injury from discharge. Drivers should concentrate while driving and not leave their work posts casually. If any wood or abnormalities are found on the conveyor, stop the machine in a timely manner.
(11) The protective cover of each rotating part is intact, and personnel cannot approach the operating parts.
