2. Structural features: Simple and compact structure, low flow resistance coefficient, and flow characteristics tend to be straight. The connection between the butterfly plate and the valve stem usually adopts a pin free structure, which can reduce internal leakage points.

3. Easy to install: It is relatively lightweight, has various installation methods, and can be installed in any position. Common types include clamp type and flange type connections. The clamp type butterfly valve is connected to the valve between two pipeline flanges with double headed bolts, while the flange butterfly valve is connected to the flanges at both ends of the valve between the pipeline flanges with bolts.

1. Medium: Soft sealed butterfly valves are suitable for water, sewage, air and other media in industries such as water supply and drainage, sewage, heating, etc. Hard sealed butterfly valves can also be used for pipelines with high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media.

2. Working conditions: Suitable for soft sealed butterfly valves with temperature ≤ 100 ℃ and nominal pressure ≤ 1.6MPa.
