working principle
Opening process: When receiving the opening signal, the electric actuator drives the gate to move upward, and the opening on the gate gradually aligns with the inner diameter of the pipeline. Before fully opening, the medium can smoothly circulate through the valve.
Closing process: When the electric actuator receives the closing signal, it drives the gate to move downward, gradually covering the opening of the pipeline until the gate is tightly attached to the valve seat, forming a sealed state to prevent medium flow and achieve the cutting function.
Performance Characteristics
Good sealing performance: Adopting a fully enclosed design, the gate and valve seat always maintain close contact. The sealing components are made of excellent materials such as rubber or metal sealing rings to prevent medium leakage and protect the safety and stability of the system.

Featuring shearing function: The gate of some fully sealed electric plug-in valves has shearing function, which can scrape off the adhesive on the sealing surface, automatically remove debris, keep the sealing surface clean, and improve sealing performance and service life.
