Detailed Introduction
Working principle of electro-hydraulic push rod plug valve: The electric push rod flat gate valve is mainly composed of cabinet frame, gate plate, electric push rod and other components. During the working process, the connecting rod is affected by electric thrust, which drives the gate to perform reciprocating motion in the horizontal direction, thereby achieving the purpose of valve opening and closing. The valve structure is simple, lightweight, and easy to operate. The valve adopts excellent carbon steel structure, with good strength, good performance, and long service life. The screw and screw adopt a soft protective cover structure, which is not affected by external dust. The gate is mainly composed of a frame, screws, gates, and equipment. The rotation of the motor causes the screw to undergo horizontal reciprocating motion with the screw and gate, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the valve.
1. Overload automatic protection function: When the electro-hydraulic push rod is working, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point, the motor is still rotating. At this point, the oil pressure in the oil circuit increases to the set pressure, and the overflow valve speed is appropriate to accurately overflow, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will not burn out.
2. Self locking function: The pressure self-locking mechanism is designed in the oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod. When the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately stays in a determined position, and the pressure oil is in a pressure holding state.
3. It can be infinitely adjusted within the rated speed range according to user requirements.
4. It can be infinitely adjusted to push and pull within the rated output force range according to user requirements.
5. It can be infinitely adjusted within the rated travel range according to user requirements.
