The operating procedures for belt conveyors mainly include the following steps:
1、 Operating procedures
1. Check before startup
Check if the device power supply is normal and if the indicator light is on.
Confirm that the tension of the conveyor belt is appropriate and there is no looseness or over tension.
Clean up obstacles around the equipment and confirm that there are no personnel stranded.
2. Start the process
Start each electrical equipment in sequence, following the process flow sequence.
Start the equipment with no load and wait for it to operate normally before starting feeding.
3. Operation monitoring
Observe the running status of the conveyor belt and adjust it immediately if any deviation is found.
Do not cross or pass through the conveyor belt from underneath the equipment.
Clean up foreign objects in a timely manner to prevent them from getting caught up in the rollers or drum.
4. Shutdown operation
Empty the conveyor belt material before stopping to avoid material accumulation.
Cut off the power and lock the operating device.
2、 Anran hidden dangers
1. Equipment fault handling
Failure to cut off the power or hang warning signs during maintenance may result in electric shock or misoperation.
Improper use of tools (such as steel bars or wooden sticks) when adjusting deviation may damage equipment or cause accidents.
2. Lack of operational standards
Failure to follow the no-load start-up process may result in equipment damage or material leakage.
Violating regulations by crossing or touching moving parts poses a risk of getting involved.
3. Environmental safety
Equipment without protective devices (such as enclosed conveyors) may cause dust pollution or personnel exposure to hazardous areas.
Failure to regularly check the grounding device may cause electrical leakage or fire.
