The bearing temperature of the disperser should generally not exceed 80 ℃. According to the JB/T64394.3.3 standard, when the disperser is operating under normal conditions, the high temperature of the bearings shall not exceed 80 ℃. In addition, the temperature rise of the bearing should be controlled within 40 degrees Celsius of the ambient temperature, and the high temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
1、 Reasons and solutions for abnormal bearing temperature
1. Insufficient or excessive lubrication: Strengthen the lubrication of the bearings and confirm that the amount of lubricant is appropriate.
2. Bearing damage or aging: Replace bearings that have been severely damaged or aged.
3. If the working environment temperature is too high or too low: Adjust the working environment temperature and confirm that it is within the appropriate range.
4. Overloading of motor: Reduce the load on the motor to avoid overloading operation.
5. Poor internal heat dissipation of the motor: Strengthen the heat dissipation of the machine and confirm good heat dissipation conditions.
6. Cooling down after prolonged high-speed operation: After prolonged high-speed operation, confirm that the machine has sufficient cooling time.
2、 The hazards and preventive measures of abnormal bearing temperature
1. Shortened service life of lubricating grease: High temperature will reduce the viscosity of the base oil of the lubricating grease, shortening its service life.
2. Bearing damage: High temperatures may cause a decrease in the performance of bearing materials, leading to bearing damage.
3. Preventive measures: Regularly check the bearing temperature to confirm that it is within the specified range; Strengthen lubrication management and confirm that the amount of lubricant is appropriate; Regularly replace aging bearings; Confirm that the machine has good heat dissipation conditions.
