Does the star shaped unloader have forward and reverse rotation
Star shaped unloaders typically allow for forward and reverse operation.
The star shaped unloader consists of a rotor impeller, a housing, a seal, a reducer with several blades, a motor, etc. Its working principle is driven by a motor, and after deceleration, it provides power to the impeller through a coupling. When the impeller rotates, the material is moved from the feeding port to the discharging port to achieve quantitative discharge. For a continuous working unloader, forward and reverse rotation can enable the impeller to move the material normally, achieving material conveying and unloading, but the input or output direction of the material will change with the rotation direction of the impeller.
However, in the actual operation process, attention should be paid to the characteristics of the materials and whether the various components of the equipment are well coordinated to protect the normal operation of the unloader. If there is a reverse phenomenon, the motor wire connector of the unloader may reverse, so the wiring method can be adjusted, which generally does not affect normal use.
