Scraper conveyor is mainly used for the transportation of coal mining faces and mining areas along the trench, and can also be used for mining faces in coal tunnels and semi coal rock tunnels. Its advantages include transportation capacity not affected by cargo load and humidity, small body height for easy loading, sturdy body, and can be used for blasting and coal loading work face. Disadvantages include high work resistance, high power consumption, severe wear of the chute, easy chain breakage due to improper maintenance and use, and limited transportation distance.
