Excellent, incorrect setting of the blowing system: Excessive blowing frequency or low compressed air pressure can lead to poor blowing effect. The solution includes adjusting the blowing frequency, checking the compressed air supply system, and confirming that the pressure meets the requirements.

Blowing valve malfunction: It may be caused by a malfunction of the diaphragm valve or control solenoid valve. The solution includes checking and replacing the faulty diaphragm valve or control solenoid valve.

Filter bag blockage: Filter bag condensation or dust accumulation can cause blockage. The solution includes drying the filter bag, increasing the frequency of dust cleaning, or replacing the filter bag.
