Bag dust collectors will also have obvious failures after being used for a period of time. This is relatively normal. After all, machines are like people. After being used for a long time, they will often have some minor problems. If there are these minor problems, they should be improved accordingly. You also need to know why the air leakage of the dust collector occurs.
Bag dust collector:
You should know whether the bag dust collector is leaking. To know, we can use two different methods, one is the heat balance method, and the other is the oxygen balance method. After choosing these methods, you can know what is going on. If after inspection, it is found that there is indeed air leakage, corresponding measures should be taken, because many problems will easily occur later.
If you want to maintain the working efficiency of the bag dust collector, you must frequently check its air leakage rate. The following is the inspection method for the air leakage rate:
1. Oxygen balance method. According to the principle of material balance, the air leakage rate is determined by the change of oxygen content in the air flow at the inlet and outlet of the equipment dust collector. This method is also suitable for systems where the oxygen content in flue gas is different from the oxygen content in the atmosphere.
2. Air volume balance method. The air leakage rate of the dust collector is expressed by calculating the air leakage volume as a percentage of the air volume entering the dust collector. The air leakage rate of the equipment can be obtained by measuring the air volume at the inlet and outlet of the equipment unit.
3. Heat balance method: Ignore the heat loss of the dust collector and pipes. During the unit working time, the heat content in the flue gas at the outlet of the dust collector should be the sum of the heat content in the inlet flue gas and the heat content leaked into the air.
Most people don’t know what factors are causing air leakage during the use of bag dust collectors. It may be because the flue gas humidity of the processing equipment is relatively high, or there is no attention to good insulation measures. Currently, most common bag dust collectors are made of steel plates. The material of steel plates does not have a good effect in thermal conductivity, so During the entire operation process, the internal temperature will gradually enter the rising stage. If it is not solved, obvious air leakage will eventually occur. In addition, if the insulation measures are not in place, condensation will easily occur, so it will eventually lead to the inability to operate normally. These are what you need to know during use. If the operation method is incorrect, water vapor may be exposed, causing the bag dust collector to be unable to work normally.
