Composition and Function of the Upper Box of Pulse Bag Dust Collector
The box on the pulse bag filter is mainly composed of five functional modules: clean air chamber, blow pipe system, pulse valve component, maintenance cover plate, and air outlet. Each component forms a complete dust removal and gas emission system through accurate coordination.
The following is a functional analysis of each component:
1. Clean gas chamber: The airtight design serves as the terminal container for the gas purification process, ensuring complete isolation between the purified gas and the dusty gas. Its volume has been optimized through fluid dynamics calculations, and the inner surface has been treated with anti-corrosion (based on actual reports), which can withstand long-term corrosion from high temperature gases below 120 ℃ and trace corrosive components.
Spray nozzle system: Made of stainless steel material, the pipe body is distributed with spray holes at specific angles, and its layout corresponds one-to-one with the lower filter bag. By connecting the pulse valve, high-pressure gas of 0.5-0.7MPa can be instantly released, forming a reverse airflow pulse. This system is designed using the principle of Venturi tube, which not only generates dust on the surface of the filter bag, but also produces 3-5 times the injection effect.
Pulse valve component: As the control core of the dust cleaning system, the pulse valve adopts an electromagnetic pilot structure with suitable response speed (start-up time ≤ 0.05s) and control characteristics. Its working cycle can be programmed through the PLC system to achieve adjustable blowing intervals of 0.5-60 minutes. The valve body is made of aluminum alloy, and the seal is made of high temperature resistant (based on actual reports) rubber, which can work stably at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, with a service life of over 1 million times.
4. Maintenance cover system: In order to meet the needs of equipment maintenance, the upper box is equipped with two types of maintenance covers: hydraulic assist device for opening the cover at a suitable speed, which can complete the opening action within 30 seconds, making it convenient to replace the filter bag at a suitable speed; The fastening cover is equipped with a dual channel sealing structure, suitable for occasions that require strict airtightness. All cover plates are equipped with safety interlock devices to confirm the safety of the equipment during maintenance.
5. Air outlet component: The air outlet is located in the middle of the top of the upper box and adopts a tapered streamline design to reduce gas emission resistance. Internally set up an airflow distribution plate to evenly discharge the purified gas. The air outlet flange is manufactured according to the GB/T9119 standard and can be seamlessly connected to subsequent exhaust pipes. Some models are equipped with wind speed monitoring devices that provide real-time feedback on exhaust speed data.
